In the London Underground level, you can grind up the
rail in the second main room that leads to the top
platform in the room. Once you grind that, jump off
at the very end and land on the edge of that ledge.
You will float upside down on the ceiling for a few
seconds, just like Jack The Ripper from Shadow Man.
